Two leaders in their respective regions met on Tuesday in Savannah, with Richmond Hill High School pulling out a 10-9win.
Nathan Ward went 3 for 5 with 4 RBI and eight of nine Wildcats scored as RHHS improved to 10-7 overall. Jenkins went to 8-7 overall. Jenkins seemed to have comfortable 5-0 and 6-1 leads, but the Wildcats scored four runs in the 6th and the winning run in the 7th to break a 9-9 tie.
