Bryan County High School's Nick Scott and Richmond Hill High School's Nick Fitzgerald were named to the Georgia Sportswriters Association All-State football team, it was announced Sunday. 

Scott, who played both ways for the Redskins, was a second-team pick as a running back in Class AA. Fitzgerald, a quarterback, was honorable mention in Class AAAAA.
