Redskins go out a winner
Bryan County holds off Savannah Country Day, 7-6

Bryan County High School closed out the 2012 baseball season on a positive note, pulling out a 7-6 win over Savannah Country Day on Thursday in Savannah.

The Redskins got two hits each from Mikey Smith, Brandon Albright and Cameron Register. Smith drove in three runs. Tyler Poythress was 1 for 2 with an RBI while Dalton Rauleron and Dylan McCoy were each 1 for 3 with an RBI.

Pitcher Clayton Cook (DBCK) went the distance for Bryan County, giving up six runs on nine hits and five walks.

The win improved Bryan County’s record to 2-18 overall.
