The Richmond Hill High School JV Wildcats dominated the first half of their final game of the season at South Effingham, piling on a 34 point lead on their way to a 42-6 final tally.

Sophomores, quarterback Nick Fitzgerald, and running back Michael Clark, ran for touchdowns, and cornerback Zack Bringer scooped a fumble and sprinted 50 yards to the endzone to notch a defensive score for the Wildcats. Freshman Ronnie Harris added a score before the half ended.

The second half was almost all freshmen for the Wildcats, with Corey Stegner and M.J. Hays splitting time at quarterback, and sticking to a conservative running attack. The entire defense earned the game ball, holding the Mustangs to only five first downs, and one score for the game.

Several Wildcat JV players, including Caleb Branham, John Zellner, Tommy Washington, Ian Chandler and Darius Brown are now suiting up for the final varsity games, and hoping for the chance to show what they can do at the next level, as they and the entire JV squad help prepare the varsity offense and defense for their final opponent, Evans.
