Bainbridge upset Richmond Hill High School 62-53 on Friday night in the first round of the girls' state Class AAAA basketball playoffs on Friday night in Richmond Hill. The loss ends the Lady Wildcats' season. Richmond Hill finished 25-3.

Bryan County High School also fell in the first round. The Lady Redskins lost 74-42 to the No. 5 ranked Lady Vikings.

Bryan County finished the season 18-11.
