Another store headed to Richmond Hill?

Plans for a Family Dollar store in Richmond Hill will soon head to the Richmond Hill City Council after a decision Thursday by the city's Planning and Zoning Commission.
In a called meeting held in City Hall, the commission unanimously approved to recommend to the council a site plan and building elevations for a Family Dollar store to be located in the Mulberry Commercial Park, or the corner of Mulberry Drive and Highway 17.
The planning commission is only a recommending body which means the final approval or disapproval will come from the city council. The council may hear the proposal as early as the March 6 council meeting.
