All 10 Richmond Hill girls who came to bat in a single inning during Tuesday’s away game versus St. Vincent’s scored a run. When it was all said and done, the Cats won 18-2. Alex Hefner impressed in her first game as starting pitcher. Melanie Goolsby scored five runs including a home run, a single, a triple and finally two intentional walks. The win improves the Lady Wildcats to 12-5 and 6-2 region. The team finishes up season play in Burke County today in a double-header with region playoffs to kick off in the coming week.
