Diamond McGirt was a gem for Bryan County High School on Friday, scoring 32 points in the Lady Redskins' 63-52 win over visiting Emmanuel County Institute.
The win improved BCHS to 8-0. 
"We knew this was going to be a tough game," girls' coach Mario Mincey said. "The thing we have been preaching is that we have to stick together and play hard every time we step on the court. When we played them earlier in the season we won by four points in a very intense game, so we knew what we were in for."
