STATESBORO — The Georgia Southern ticket office and Director of Athletics Tom Kleinlein announced this week that football season tickets for the 2015 campaign have exceeded last season’s total of 6,300 and are at the highest level since 1989.
With over a month before the first home game, Georgia Southern is on pace to have the most season-ticket sales in school history.
STATESBORO — Georgia Southern athletics will host Meet the Eagles Fan Fest on Saturday, Aug. 15, at Paulson Stadium. Admission is free. Fans can enter through Gate 12 as early as 8 a.m.
The final football scrimmage of the preseason will kick off at 9 a.m., and Eagle football, women’s soccer, men’s soccer and volleyball student-athletes as well as the national champion cheer team and GUS will sign autographs on the North Concourse after the scrimmage.
The Rotary Corporation Field of Dreams will be open from 9 a.m. until noon and will have inflatables for the kids, and fans will receive free Georgia Southern car magnets while supplies last.
