According to information from coaches, "The Black Creek Crusaders have been playing ball together for two years. These boys have been working hard all this year. We have placed 2nd in a lot of Tournaments so, this one meant a lot to the boys. We also Placed 2nd in the World Series in Brunswick on June 6. We travel to Brunswick, Dublin, Darien, Waycross, Hazelhurst, Nahunta, Garden City and Jesup to be able to play 9 & under and a lot of times we have to play 10 & under.

"In order for us to be able to this we have a lot of sponsors that we would like to thank. Without our sponsors and devoted Parents and friends we would not be able to do this. The Crusaders would like to thank Raulerson’s Wrecker, Gator Logging, Gene and Margaret West, Pat Thomson, Thomson Tire Co., Brent Davidson and all the parents. Thanks to everyone who supports the Black Creek Crusaders."
