The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 070-10-02, out of Savannah is seeking volunteers. Calling it "the most elite volunteer maritime organization in the world," flotilla Commander George Scuorzo said, "We are looking for civilians with boats or without. We will explore all your resources and train you to fit into our flotilla."
