RHHS, BCHS and Calvary had a three-way golf competition at Black Creek Tuesday. Calvary came in first with BCHS second and RHHS third.

Calvary had 158, Bryan County 177, and the Wildcats shot 183.

"The Wildcat golf Team finished third of three teams on Tuesday, but shot their second best round of the season," said Richmond Hill coach Tom Morris. "In a very competitive match, Tyler Steptoe shot 42, Jason Lampson 43, and Bobby McGrath 46 on the back nine from the blue tees. Fast greens and long carries, will help the Wildcats in their preparation for the region golf match in three weeks."

The Lady Redskins were led by Franny Carter’s 52 and Lindsey Seger’s 54. BCHS and Calvary competed earlier in the year and the Lady Cavaliers won decisively.

"The Lady Redskins have been working really hard and it has shown as they have cut into the Lady Cavaliers lead," said coach Ron Lewis.

"The Redskins shot the best round of the season on Tuesday," Lewis said of the boys’ matches. "They were led by Chris Roberts 38 and multiple rounds in the 40’s by Josh Norton, George Deleanides and Julian Hines."
