Wed., April 16: The 'Cats took the 3-hour ride to Warner Robins Wednesday to take on GHSA State Powerhouse Houston County, and got beat by a score of 10-2. Aiden Pluff and Noah Stone pitched well for RHHS; in the latter innings, however, the Cats fell victim of 3 walks, a couple hit batters, and 4 errors, which was too much to overcome. The Richmond Hill Wildcats (17-12, 9-6 region 1, 6A), begin their playoff run Wednesday, April 23, in Woodstock, Ga., against GHSA #1 ranked, Etowah High School (28-2, 17-1 region 5, 6A), with a doubleheader. The start time for game one has not been determined as of yet.
