The General Assembly will meet again this fall in a Special Session called by the Governor to address the once-a-decade process of redrawing congressional, legislative and local district lines to match any population changes in the state. It has been speculated that the Special Session will be convened in the month of November, after the 2020 census results are published, though that decision is made by the Governor.
