Dear Editor: I am writing in response to the letter regarding recycling in the March 30 edition. My name is very similar to the writer, Karen Yawn, our last names differing by one letter.
Previous letters by her that have been published in the paper have led people in the community to think I had written them. I respect her right to voice an opinion regarding this matter.
However, since I don’t share that opinion, I feel compelled to clarify that the letter was not, in fact, sent in by me. Thank you for allowing me to set the record straight.
