Editor, It was Christmas Eve. I had one more thing to pick up. It was dark and cool as I headed down Highway 119. I made a right onto Highway 280 by Pembroke Telephone Company.
As I drove, I had to stop and pause at the sight of all the beautiful lights and decorations. I felt like I was in a Thomas Kinkade picture. It was so very breathtaking.
It brought tears to my eyes — such a small town and such a beautiful display. It made me feel so good inside.
