Dear Editor:

I want to thank the community for participating in our recent Easter Extravaganza at the J. F. Gregory Park. I also want to thank the members of New Beginnings Community Church for working so hard in putting this event together. We thank troop 486 from the boy scouts led by Max Coles and the confirmation class from St. Anne’s led by Anne Durant for helping in this event. We want to thank the city of Richmond Hill, Mayor Davis and Harvey Lashley for their cooperation in providing a beautiful setting for this event. We want to thank Wayne Jackson and his MacDaddy crew for doing the cooking and serving.
