Donate books for library fundraiser

Editor, The annual spring book and yard sale hosted by the Friends of the Richmond Hill Library has been scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2014.
Once again, FOL is asking the community for donations. Especially needed are nonfiction works — books dealing with history, gardening, biography, cookbooks and craft and decorating. Also needed are paperback fiction works — general fiction and classics. Children’s books are always appreciated. Indeed, FOL welcomes all types of books in good condition.
Please sort through your books and bring donations to the library during regular hours. FOL is grateful for the outpouring of local support that always accompanies preparations for this sale. Without the generous donations of books, FOL would not be able to provide financial support to the library, support that purchases large print books and best sellers and that funds the summer reading program.
Help FOL continue its efforts by donating books and attending the sale in April.
