Dance classes are great workouts
Letter to editor

Editor, I participate in line dancing classes at the Bryan County Recreation Center in Richmond Hill on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. People who want enjoyable exercise should try line dancing.
I felt awkward when I first started. After two or three times, I liked it a lot. Kay Green, our instructor, presents beginner dances from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The intermediate and advanced dancing takes place from 11 a.m. to noon. You can attend for the entire session or part of a session. Newcomers are always welcome.
It’s good exercise, it stimulates the brain and it’s fun. Join us.
