Richmond Hill Mayor Russ Carpenter, right, announced John Williams will be Grand Marshal of the 26th Annual Christmas Parade, which will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 and be followed by the first Winter Wonderland Festival and tree lighting ceremony in J.F. Gregory Park.

 Williams moved to the city in 1966 when his father became superintendent of Fort McAllister State Historical Park.
