Two more arrested in drug sting

Two arrests took place Jan. 26 that Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team Commander Roy Harris said are linked to an alleged Richmond Hill drug operation that led to the arrests of 24 people three days earlier.

Richmond Hill resident and Richmond High High School graduate Jena Sterno, 19, turned herself in to the Bryan County Sheriff’s Department.

Harris credits Hinesville’s Multi-Agency Crack Enforcement Team in the arrest of her boyfriend, Midway resident Christopher Hair, 26. Hair was caught in Fayetteville, N.C. Both are charged with drug sales.

Harris said it is likely more arrest warrents will be issued in Bryan County. The arrests are part of a joint investigation with CNT, RHPD and BCSO and allegedly included undercover drug buys of the following narcotics: marijuana, LSD, Oxycontin, Xanex, Hydrocodone, Clonapine, Lorcet and Adderrol.
