The commercial landscape at Heartwood is quickly taking shape, and one of Richmond Hill’s newest retail centers is preparing to open its doors, according to its developer.

The Row, a new in-line retail center located in Poplar Place within Heartwood’s Town District, will bring a growing mix of dining, entertainment, services and specialty retail to one of the community’s most visible commercial areas at Exit 82.

The Row’s announced lineup includes Pin High Indoor Golf, Hawg’s Motorsports, The UPS Store, Keller’s Woodfire Pizza, LuFinity Nails, an upscale barbershop, and additional businesses to come. The center sits just behind the new Kessler hotels and Starbucks, adding another layer of activity to the rapidly developing Exit 82 gateway and creating new reasons for residents and visitors to eat, shop, play and spend time at Heartwood.

“The Row is an exciting piece of the up and coming retail story here, and what makes it even better is that these businesses aren’t just serving Heartwood. They’re creating new jobs, new experiences and new choices for all of Richmond Hill,” said Bill Cunningham, Vice President of Real Estate for Raydient, master developer of Heartwood.

The community is invited to celebrate The Row with a grand opening brunch and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 24 at 11am.

While some tenants will still be putting the finishing touches on their individual spaces, participating businesses will be on site during the celebration to meet guests, introduce their concepts and offer a preview of what is coming soon.

Additional details about The Row’s businesses and opening dates will be announced as individual tenants complete their spaces.
