Suit against Pembroke police dismissed
Plaintiff's attorney say case is ongoing

A federal judge on Friday dismissed a civil suit alleging civil rights violations during an incident in April 2009 between police and several North Bryan residents.
The move by federal judge William T. Moore in U.S. District Court came at the request of the plaintiffs’ attorney, Savannah lawyer Sage Brown.
Brown said Tuesday he couldn’t discuss the case, but suggested it’s not over.
