SouthCoast Health will host a free art opening featuring work by Bryan County students. The event takes place 4-5 p.m. Saturday, April 15 at the SouthCoast Health Pediatrics location in Richmond Hill (89 Interchange Drive, Suite B.)

The public exhibition will include more than 70 pieces of art by third and fourth grade students, as well as high schoolers. A group of Bryan County teachers handpicked the art from many submissions.

“This art opening and exhibition celebrates the creativity of the children in our community, many of whom we have the privilege to care for at SouthCoast Health Pediatrics,” says John Marrero, SouthCoast Health CEO. “As we come together to honor these young artists, we want to show our support while reminding everyone how much we care about the health and well being of our younger population.”

After the opening, the exhibition will remain on view through spring quarter in the art gallery at the SouthCoast Health Pediatrics location in Richmond Hill. A summer show follows, spotlighting work by Bryan County school system art teachers. A new collection of student artwork will be on view in the fall.
