SPEEDINGTON Have you ever heard of the Modball Rally? Neither have I, so lets start at the beginning.

The Modball Rally is a car-show event held annually in Europe, Australia and the good ol USA. Any sort of vehicle can enter the show on a first-come-first-serve basis, the only requirement is that each vehicle has at least two modifications, according to the website.

Weve had sports cars, movie cars, a fire engine, tour buses, monster trucks, supercars, run-a-rounds, almost everything. The Modball Rally encourage drivers to be as creative as possible with their car, the entry requirements state.

OK, Modball Rally, now you have my attention. Although I dont particularly have a need for speed, I do care about how creative people can get with something they are passionate about. Things can get straight-up bananas, yo.

This year in Italy, a new type of entrant took on two Ferraris in a series of mini drag races a souped-up snowmobile. Yes, you read that correctly, and yes, it is as awesome as it sounds.

According to the video description, the snowmobile first goes head-to-head at the Varano de' Melegari racetrack with a Ferrari F430 Spider and then a Yiannimize Ferrari 458 Spider. Youll just have to watch to see who comes out on top, but its worth it.
