SouthCoast Health will be offering student athletes a Sports Physical Clinic from 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday, June 7 at the SouthCoast Health Pediatrics Richmond Hill location, 9 Interchange Drive, Suite B.

The cost for each physical is $30, and a parent or guardian must accompany the patient.

 “As a patient-centered practice, we strive to provide as many opportunities as possible for those we care for to get the services they need,” said SouthCoast Health CEO John Marrero. “The upcoming school year can easily sneak up on families, and our Sports Physical Clinic is a great chance for parents and students to check an important item off their summer to-do list.” 

Both new and current SouthCoast Health patients who are unable to attend the clinic still have plenty of time to schedule a sports physical. Sports physicals can often be included in a child’s annual well-child visit, which is typically 100% covered by insurance.
