The Ogeechee Riverkeeper agreed to dismiss its challenge to the groundwater withdrawal permits issued to Bryan and Bulloch counties after reaching a settlement agreement Friday with the Savannah Harbor-Interstate 16 Corridor Joint Development Authority.
