Richmond Hill Community Theatre stages "Zombie Movie" to sold-out crowds

The Richmond Hill Community Theatre performed the play "Zombie Movie" to large crowds this past Thursday and Friday (October 23-24) at the Richmond Hill City Center.


Kelly Loomis and Kristin Martin were the co-directors; the producer was Mya Lofton, the technical manager was Kenneth Pereira and the stage manager was Ada Kennedy-Alicea. 


In addition, dancer Teresa Merritt of ‘Life Moves Dance Studio’ danced to Michael Jackson’s hit song “Thriller”. The dance instructors were Teresa Merritt and Randy Blickenstaff. The dancers included: Lucy Bledsoe, Mary Bledsoe, Alyssa Davis, Zariah Edmond, Adeline Hodge, Calyn Hodge, Hannah Hodge, Kai Johnson, Chaewon Park, and Chloe Charmatz.


Scout Troop 242G ran the Concessions Stand. Chris Starkey and Brian and Ressa Smith were the organizers.


Also: During the months of September and October, the Richmond Hill Community Theatre ran a food drive in partnership with Richmond Hill Karate, the Bookstore on the Hill, All Things Chocolate, and the City Center. They all collected several hundred food items for the Way Station Food Pantry.
