Richmond Hill mayor Russ Carpenter swore in council member Van Hunter.

At Tuesday's City Council meeting, Richmond Hill mayor Russ Carpenter swore in council members Van Hunter (top photo) and Steve Scholar (bottom photo) for the new legislative session.

Hunter represents District 3, having been elected in Nov. 2023. Scholar represents District 4, having been re-elected to the position in Nov. 2023.
