Optim Orthopedics celebrated its Richmond Hill location with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday. The practice is located at 60 Exchange St., #B1, in the Richmond Place Village shopping center.

This special event is held in partnership with the Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Richmond Hill, and featured light refreshments, giveaways, tours of the facility, and an opportunity to meet the Optim team.

The Optim Orthopedics office is home to five board certified, fellowship-trained surgeons who have decades of combined experience and are widely respected in their areas of expertise.

Dr. David Sedory, who specializes in sports medicine (knee, hip and shoulder) was center stage as he cut the ribbon alongside fellow staff and city dignitaries. Sedory said he is a Richmond Hill resident and is happy to practice in his hometown.

Other doctors include Mark Kamaleson,, general orthopedics (hand, shoulder and knee); Jeffrey Goldberg, (foot and ankle); David Palmer, sports medicine (knee and shoulder) and Gregory Spellman, interventional pain management. Also in the office is Bradley Heiges, orthopedic spine.
