The Richmond Hill Exchange Club announced its Students of the Month for November and December at their Dec. 12 meeting. They are RHHS seniors Mollie Riggins (November) and Lauren Hall (December). Each was presented with a $150 savings bond by Club president Bob Whitmarsh and now have a 1-in-12 chance to become Student of the Year, which includes a $500 check.
