Two teens missing in unrelated cases

Police are trying to locate two Richmond Hill teens reported missing by their families, according to Richmond Hill Police Lt. Dana Strickland.
The two incidents are believed to be unrelated, police said.
Kanisha Hunter was last seen Sunday around 6:30 p.m. at her residence on Piercefield Drive, Strickland said, She is 16, around 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighs around 137 pounds.
She has shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. No clothing description was available.
Markajsha Jenkins was last seen Monday around 8 p.m. at her home at Plantation Apartments, Strickland said. She is 15 years old, around 5-foot-3-inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. Jenkins was last seen wearing an ankle-length black sundress, white jacket and silver sandals. Jenkins has black hair that she normally has pulled back and brown eyes, he said. Strickland said at the time Jenkins had red, silver and black nail polish.
Strickland said the two girls apparently ran away from home.
“Both (teens) had arguments with their parents,” Strickland said.
