An Ellabell man was arrested Oct. 30 after he attempted to rob a general store and led Bryan County Sheriff’s deputies on a high-speed chase through residential Ellabell.
Rodney Lewis Grizzard of Stubbs Lane was arrested around 10 p.m. on Stubbs Lane and charged with criminal attempted robbery, reckless driving and fleeing and attempting to elude police officers, a felony, according to an incident report issued by the Bryan County Sherriff’s Department.
