Public drunkenness
Feb. 9 – A Tulsa, Okla. woman was arrested around 9:50 p.m. at the TA Truck Stop on Hwy. 17 and charged with public drunkenness. Police were called there after an employee complained and wanted the woman removed from the TV lounge area. When police arrived, the woman smelled like alcohol, was unable to stand or walk, and had trouble answering questions.
