County law enforcement and animal control officials on May 11 rescued more than a dozen dogs and puppies that had been living alone in a Wellington Oaks subdivision home in Richmond Hill. Fred Scott has since been charged with three counts of animal cruelty after 14 dogs and puppies were removed from his abandoned 179 Lindsay Drive home.
