Crime reports in the Midweek Bryan County News included this burglary:
Aug. 27 – Deputies responded to Cuadell Road in Ellabell around 5:45 p.m. in reference to stolen property. The complainant stated she discovered sometime during the past week that someone entered her home and stole a PlayStation 3, a diamond ring and $35 in rolled coins. A follow-up report with the woman revealed that more jewelry was stolen, including a Mother’s Day ring with birthstones, a topaz ring, Ray Ban sunglasses and a gold necklace. The incident is under investigation.
