The following information was obtained from Bryan County Sheriff’s Office and Richmond Hill Police Department reports.

Animal noises — A Brisbon Road man told deputies April 27 that dogs from his neighbor’s yard were getting through a hole in a fence and killing cats that live on his property. The report stated deputies could not see a hole in the fence or any way dogs could be getting into the man’s yard through the fence. Deputies inquired how much the man had been drinking after he nearly fell down while walking.

Vehicle fire — Richmond Hill police responded to a vehicle that caught fire about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on the off ramp from southbound Interstate 95 to Highway 144.

The driver told police he was returning home from college when the incident occurred. The Richmond Hill Fire Department responded, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
