BCES, firefighters plan Public Safety Day

Bryan County Emergency Services and the South Bryan Volunteer Firefighters Association will hold their 12th annual Public Safety Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, 9184 Highway 144, Richmond Hill. This is an opportunity for public safety agencies from around the area to perform their programs as well as display their equipment and services, and more than 25 agencies are will be on hand. There will also be an opportunity to donate blood and receive flu shots. Bryan County Fire Auxiliary will hold a silent auction. All donations will go toward the construction and maintenance of the Bryan County Firefighter & EMS Memorial. The auxiliary is also seeking donations for the auction.
