Two Richmond Hill residents were arrested last week after a meth lab was discovered in a home on Reese Drive in Sterling Creek Plantation subdivision.

According to Agent Gene Harley, public information officer with the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team, officials with the Richmond Hill Police Department and CNT arrested Rebecca Brickfield and Russell Fuller after finding in the home “all components needed to manufacture methamphetamine.”

He added there was also evidence that meth waste was being dumped on the property.

Harley said Brickfield and Fuller were charged with multiple felony-related drug charges, including manufacturing of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the purpose of manufacturing.

Harley said he was not aware of any pending arrests related to the case. A representative from the Richmond Hill Police Department was unable to be reached by presstime.
