Plans to upgrade sewage plant progress

Plans to upgrade and expand the Richmond Hill wastewater treatment plant are inching forward, city council members found out last week.
A new consent order was finalized by the state earlier this month and the city is eligible for money to build four pump stations, council members were told during a regular meeting on Nov. 16.
