Explore your Latin-inspired dance moves with DJ Will Smith, dress to impress to be entered in our first ever costume contest. And back by popular demand, compete in our legendary Rock, Paper, Scissors contest!"

Tickets ($80 each) are available for this event through the SD Gunner website: https://www.sdgunner.org/events.html or through Eventbrite: www.eventbrite.com/e/savannah-carnaval-a-dia-de-muertos-fundraising-event-tickets-120425687473.

Temperature checks and contact tracing will be provided. Masks are mandatory upon entry into the yard.

Savannah Carnaval is SD Gunner Fund’s largest annual fundraising event. The group said 100 percent of the money raised is donated to the foundation to help support veterans, exceptional children, first responders and their families both financially and through the training and placement of much needed service and therapy dogs.

According to the group, in 2019, SD Gunner Fund put over $40,000 back into the local community it serves. This year, SD Gunner Fund is committed to support 10 local families, more than tripling the outreach from the previous year.

Founded in 2015, SD Gunner Fund is a registered 501c3 organization and is the recipient of several prestigious awards for their work in the community including the Lincoln Caregiver Award (2015), the Georgia Senate Resolution 475, the Jefferson Award (2017), AKC Award for Canine Excellence (2017), Best Fundraising Event (2020), among several others. Founder, Britnee Kinard also received the Fair Housing Act Certification in 2017.
