Montgomery begins Bryan County state judgeship

 Governor Brian P. Kemp administered the oath of office to Don Montgomery, appointing him as the next Associate State Court Judge of Bryan County. 

The ceremony was held at the Georgia State Capitol in the Governor’s Office and was attended by a distinguished group of state leaders, judicial officers, and community representatives.

Montgomery, who has served Bryan County as Solicitor-General since 2016 and has an extensive background in criminal law, law enforcement, and judicial service, begins his new role immediately. His appointment marks the continuation of his long-standing commitment to public safety, judicial integrity, and service to the citizens of Bryan County.
