Francesca Milner, human resources NCO with the 188th Infantry Brigade, received a certificate of appreciation Dec. 6 by Pioneer Services manager Carl Johnson for her service.

Milner was employed with Pioneer Services when she was called up for duty Nov. 4, 2004. Milner hopes to be able to return back to work at Pioneer Services sometime next year.

“I really appreciate this,” Milner said when she received her award. Her brigade assists activated reserve units and gets them ready for deployment
