WaterWays launches second phase of Ridgewood Park

National developer Fletcher Management Company is expanding the footprint of their newest development, WaterWays Township, in Richmond Hill.
The developer announced last week the implementation of 30 new homesites within its RidgeWood Park neighborhood.
The homes, which will feature Lowcountry architectural details, are expected to be available for touring and purchase this fall. A new model park will be built.
“Our current level of sales success in today’s market is sufficient validation that moving forward with new construction projects, like the expansion of the popular RidgeWood Park neighborhood, is just a step in the right direction for our community’s development,” said Ron Lamm, project manager for Fletcher Management Company. “It’s a sign to current residents and potential home buyers alike that WaterWays Township is a community that is here for the long haul.”
