The city of Richmond Hill will hold three public hearings beginning at 7 p.m. Monday at city hall, 30 Richard R. Davis Drive.

A petition has been filed with the city by Elbow Cay Land Holdings LLC to amend the master plan of Richmond Hill Plantation. The property on the corner of Port Royal Road and Sterling Links Way currently is designated as future-commercial within the Planned Development Level 2 zoning district. The tax map is 034-086, Parcel 16 and consists of 10.8 acres.

The proposed master-plan change includes replacing the future commercial designation with proposed multi-family designation. Property owners within 300 feet will be notified.

Another hearing will be to review the city’s proposed text amendment to Part III, Article VI — Signage Regulations of the Richmond Hill Zoning Ordinance. Also, a review will be held of the city’s proposed text amendment to include the addition of the architectural-design ordinance to the Richmond Hill Code of Ordinances.

The public is invited to attend and provide input.
