St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church invites the community and church members to bid 2016 farewell and celebrate the arrival of 2017 at a party from 4-7:30 p.m. Dec. 31 at the church, 16491 Highway 144 in Richmond Hill. 

This casual evening will encourage fellowship over food and feature exciting activities for children. A meat-based entree will be provided, and all who attend are encouraged to bring a side dish to share.

“St. Elizabeth’s is looking forward to this fun evening celebrating the new year with our congregation, neighbors and, hopefully, some new friends,” said Rev. Dr. D. Clark Hubbard, the church’s pastor. “There will be plenty of good food for everyone to enjoy, and the inclusion of children’s games and activities will give the event a very family-friendly atmosphere.”
