The special called Richmond Hill City Council meeting scheduled for Thursday night has been rescheduled to 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 40 Richard R. Davis Drive.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve or disapprove amendments to the water/sewer agreements with Terrapoint and Caesarstone.
