A grand-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Richmond Hill Senior Center is at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the new center, 9930 Ford Ave.
Tours of the new facility, refreshments  and a brief introductory presentation to discuss the process for joining, as well as a presentation of the benefits of being a member of the Bryan County Senior Centers, will be part of the activities.
