If you are one of the more than 30,000 people planning to attend the 2016 Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival Oct. 14-16 at J.F. Gregory Park, make sure to bring your appetite.
There will be plenty of seafood — and other tasty treats — available. Vendors of all sorts will be selling everything from fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to low country boil to desserts, along with coffee, tea, lemonade and hot chocolate. Beer and wine tickets are available for $5 each with a valid ID. The GOSF runs from 5-11 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
