There appears to be an end in sight for Rushing Street residents who want the roads in their subdivision repaired.
The Richmond Hill City Council agreed to accept $15,000 from developer Lamar Smith to repair Rushing Street's cracked roads. The vote came during a regular meeting Tuesday, after a resident asked the council to take action on the matter.
The council has been negotiating with Smith over the road repairs for the past few months.
